Just in time for Glasgow Coffee Festival, Parallel Coffee and Caravela Coffee Importers will partner with us to host a wonderfully geeky cupping workshop on roasting at Through the House. We’ll learn the characteristic flavour notes of baked, under-roasted and over-roasted coffee… and how to avoid them. We’ll look at roast curves to see what causes these flavours, taste the coffees and then challenge you to identify them in several triangulations.

Knowing how to avoid these common mistakes is essential for any roaster. You’ll leave feeling more confident in your cupping skills and your ability to skillfully profile your coffees.
