We create affordable, limited numbers (12 people max) cuppings that are designed to promote learning and skill building for our members.

What we do

Our members include everyone in our industry who cups coffee regularly for their job. That includes: anyone working for pay as a barista, cafe manager, coffee business owner, roaster, green coffee buyer, coffee sales person, importer, coffee lab technician, roasted coffee sales person, trainer, Q grader or anyone else whose job requires them to have coffee cupping skills.

The Cuppers’ Union is a member-led organization. The founding members currently comprise the board of directors, which oversees event planning and management of the organization.
