Glasgow here we come! Just in time for Glasgow Coffee Festival, Parallel Coffee and Caravela Coffee Importers will partner with us to host a wonderfully geeky cupping workshop on roast defects at Through the House. We’ll learn what roasting defects are and how to avoid them. We’ll taste different defective roasts and learn their hallmark flavour profiles. Then we’ll challenge you to spot the defective cups and identify them in several triangulations.

Knowing how to identify baked, under-roast and over-roast flavours is essential for any roaster. You’ll leave feeling more confident in your cupping skills and your ability to skillfully profile your coffees.
