We’re thrilled to partner with Falcon Coffee and FlavorActiV at Cairngorm’s roastery to bring a table of washed process coffee from South and Central America. The coffees will show the full spectrum of quality from low to high speciality. Plus, spot the planted defects 👀
We'll warm up our olfactory bulbs with a Le Nez kit. Then we'll cup using the SCA Descriptive Form and discuss what we taste. Finally we'll test our skills with a triangulation exercise.
It’s a great way to calibrate on flavour and quality. You'll expand your palate and build confidence in your cupping ability.
